Thinking sustainably also means acting honestly

At LANA, conscious consumption is the focus – this also includes the responsible handling of returns.

Therefore, we have decided to discontinue free returns as of July 1, 2025.
Instead, we would like to share the costs fairly : From July 1, 2025, we will charge €3 for returns, and we will cover the rest.
In addition, from 1 July 2025 we will also Increase free shipping value from 80 EUR to 120 EUR .

This decision is not easy for us – but it is a step towards greater sustainability and appreciation for our products, processes and resources.
