Delivery

The delivery time is 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are given as estimates and may change in individual cases.
Please note that delivery times for orders to Switzerland via MeinEinkauf.ch may be extended by 2–3 business days compared to shipping times within Germany.

At present, we unfortunately only deliver within Germany. However, we are working on offering delivery throughout Europe soon.
Customers from Switzerland have the option to place orders via the service MeinEinkauf.ch. In this case, MeinEinkauf takes care of all import duties for a small service fee and delivers your goods directly to your home.

Order value over €120 (Germany) free of charge*

Shipping within the EU (Netherlands, Belgium) €13.50

* The delivery costs apply to deliveries within Germany. Swiss customers ordering via the service MeinEinkauf.ch will be charged an additional delivery fee by our service partner starting at CHF 17.90.

Vouchers issued by us are not applicable to shipping costs, unless they are vouchers for free shipping.
Shipping costs are displayed again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

DELIVERY STATUS

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number from us by email. You can track the status of your order via the link provided.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If the ordered item is not available despite having been ordered, we sincerely apologize and will inform you immediately by email. We maintain our inventory very carefully; however, occasional inventory discrepancies may occur. We will make every effort to deliver the item subsequently.
If the product is permanently unavailable, we will cancel the order in consultation with you and refund the amount immediately.

FOR CUSTOMERS FROM SWITZERLAND

For our Swiss customers: Via MeinEinkauf.ch, you can shop easily in our store with low shipping costs and, most importantly, WITHOUT customs duties.

Please proceed as follows:

  1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. There you will receive a personal email address in the format firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch.

  2. Using your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online shop.

  3. Place your order in our shop using your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

  4. Please use the following address exclusively as both the shipping and billing address:

    In addition to addressing your order to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your selected payment method. Available payment methods are:

    1. Credit card

    2. PayPal

    3. SOFORT bank transfer

    4. Advance payment

  5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address. The MeinEinkauf.ch team is simultaneously informed about the status of your order in order to forward it to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible. You can check the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt at www.meineinkauf.ch under “My Orders”.

  6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. With your goods, you will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch.

Please note that, for customs-related reasons, goods delivered to you via MeinEinkauf.ch must also be returned using the MeinEinkauf.ch return service.
